SECTION 1 – PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you buy from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your device's internet protocol (IP) address, which gives us information about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (where applicable): with your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
SECTION 2 – CONSENT
How do you get my consent? When you provide personal information to complete a transaction, verify your payment card, place an order, arrange a delivery or return a purchase, we use it to carry out that contract with you, and for that reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for another reason, such as marketing, we will ask for your explicit consent first, or give you the opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent? If you change your mind after opting in, you can withdraw your consent for us to contact you, or for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time by emailing contact@nacaba.fr. Every marketing email we send also includes an unsubscribe link, so you can opt out at any time without having to contact us.
SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you break our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 – SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and the general Shopify application, on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: If you pay through a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your card data. It is encrypted to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is kept only as long as necessary to complete your purchase, after which it is deleted.
All direct payment gateways follow the PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. These standards help make sure card information is handled securely by our store and its service providers.
SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information as far as necessary to provide their services to us.
However, some providers, such as payment gateways and other payment processors, have their own privacy policies covering the information we are required to give them for your purchase. We recommend reading their privacy policies so you understand how they will handle your personal information.
Some providers may be located, or have facilities, in a different country from you or us. If you go ahead with a transaction involving one of these providers, your information may become subject to the laws of that country. For example, if you are in the UK and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway in the United States, your personal information may be subject to disclosure under United States law. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
Once you leave our store's website or are redirected to a third-party website or app, you are no longer covered by this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service.
Links Links on our store may take you to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
SECTION 6 – SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practice to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
Card information you give us is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and apply additional generally accepted industry standards.
COOKIES
Strictly necessary cookies are set so that the store works properly. Any other cookies (for example, analytics or advertising) are only set if you accept them through our cookie banner. Here are the main cookies our store uses:
SECTION 7 – AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence (18 in the UK), or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any minor dependants to use this site.
SECTION 8 – CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time, so please check it from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the website. If we make significant changes, we will say so here, so you know what information we collect, how we use it, and in what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
If our store is acquired by or merged with another business, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell products to you.
