30-Day Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return or exchange it, with no need to give a reason — well beyond the 14-day right to cancel required by law.

For your return to be accepted:

• The item must be returned complete (packaging, accessories, instructions) and in the condition you received it.
• The product must be unused and in resaleable condition.
• Proof of purchase must be included with the parcel.

Return shipping is free of charge.

Faulty or Damaged Items

 If your parcel arrives damaged, or an item has a fault, you're entitled to an exchange or a refund. Get in touch at contact@nacaba.fr with photos of the issue, so we can sort it out as quickly as possible. This is in addition to your statutory rights, which are set out in our Terms of Sale.

How to Return an Item

For any return request, email us at contact@nacaba.fr. Once we've confirmed your request, please send the item back to:

Refunds

Once we've received your item, we'll refund you within 14 days using your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can then take a few extra working days for the money to appear in your account.
