Delivery Times We deliver to the United Kingdom only.
Orders arrive within 2–6 working days of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Order cut-off time: 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed from the next working day.
As soon as you check out, you'll receive an order confirmation email. A second email will follow once your parcel is on its way, with your tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
The courier we use may vary depending on the weight of the parcel, the quantity ordered and stock availability.
Free Delivery Delivery is free on every order, whatever the order value, and every parcel is tracked.
Delays Very occasionally, a parcel can take a little longer than expected — during busy periods, bad weather or courier disruption, for example. If your order hasn't arrived within 6 working days, drop us a line at contact@nacaba.fr and we'll look into it straight away.
Damaged Parcels If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a few photos and email them to contact@nacaba.fr. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund — see our Returns and Refunds Policy for details.
